The Coroglen Tavern 

The Coroglen Darts Club has been a popular weekly event in the area since 1968.

Every Thursday from February to Mid December locals from all over get together for a cold bevvy, cheeky banter and a great game of 301. Teams of 4 are picked randomly (so make sure you get your name in before 7pm) and everyone is welcome! You don’t have to be a member to join the fun!

We also run a bus to and from Whitianga so give us a bell and let’s get you out here!

The best little Farmers Market in New Zealand.

See L.A.B. performing alongside Mako Road & Soaked Oats, two acts who have also seen sold-out audiences across Australia and NZ through 2019. Christchurch's Mako Road have become known for their high energy live performances, and have established themselves as one of NZ's hardest touring acts on the back of the release of two EPs in 2018. 2019 has already seen Soaked Oats perform tours across Australia, the UK and New Zealand, all on the back of their new EP Shuggah Doom.

Recently named by Radio New Zealand as New Zealand’s Best Live Act, L.A.B. are gearing up for another massive summer period. These shows will be the first since the upcoming release of their third album, their third in three years. Set for release in late-2019, the album continues to build on the momentum that has seen them become a favourite on the NZ festival circuit.

Made up of Wellington Jazz school mates, bassist Sam Thomson, saxophonist Shaan Singh, drummer Matt Beachen, and guitarist Ben O'Leary, the band has cultivated a strong following since their debut as buskers just a few years ago.

This year they released their first full album, self-titled and featuring well known hits such as Woke Up Late and the Six60 collaboration Catching Feelings.

It's been about 15 years since we started these shows at the Coroglen Tavern, and a good few years since we did one.

This was the start of many musical adventures for all the acts and it was these shows that helped kick start a big bass music movement in Aotearoa, so we thought we should get the band back together and have a reunion.

If you were at one of these shows back in the day, then you know how they went down, if you weren't, then come along and experience NZ's finest bass music pioneers in all their glory!

Love grown music comes to life summer 2020 with White Chapel Jak. Thrilled to announce their “Summer Vibes Tour” , this high energy acoustic Kiwiana band will have you groovin’ and vibin’ with their fresh and funky approach to songs you all know and love.

Hot off the back of a sold out debut “MusicLife Tour” crowd favorites White Chapel Jak were excited to be announced in the SoundSplash 2020 line up – both in Raglan and Timaru.

Winners of the RNZ Battle of the Covers Band and Outstanding Entertainment at the Wedding Industry Awards they are renown for capturing and delighting audiences all over New Zealand.
